Energy certification

We are officialy licensed to produce energy certificates for Module 1, 2 and 3. Module 1 encompasses simple technical systems (to 400m2), and Module 2 complex technical systems (multi residential and non-residential buildings). Module 3 refers to energy review of large companies. Energy inspection for building permits is made to determine current status of a building and examine possibilities for saving energy.

A legal person authorized by the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning performs inspectional tasks for energy audit and energy certification building pursuant to the Ordinance on requirements and criteria for persons performing energy audits of construction works and energy certification of buildings (Official Gazette 81/12, 64/13). Registry of physical and administrative persons authorised for energy building inspection and issuing of energy certifictes is freely availabe at the website of the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning.
